Reducing Stress Through Compassion, Resilience,
and Positive Psychology
Workshop content
During this period of re-emergence, companies and organizations in the industry are undoubtedly tackling the topic of mental health. While we are encouraged to bring our “pandemic” learned strategies of productivity, efficiency, and leadership into our working environment, we also will recognize that some historical practices no longer serve our individual and collective well-being.
The trainer will draw upon the discipline and evidence of positive psychology to equip professionals with stress-busting tools and joy-building practices.
This session will highlight :
1) helpful skills for more balanced workplaces and spaces;
2) steps for professionals to mitigate long-term mental health challenges like stress and burnout;
3) candid approaches toward authentic lived resilience in a post-pandemic era.
